Cancel account and refund

My name is Kai Hopkins. Birthday is 15 August 1984. I have an account with you and my bank card has just been blocked. I do not use an account with you and as far as I'm concerned i requested cancellation over 4 months ago and yet you have continued to take money out of my account sometimes twice a month! My bank has just blocked my bank card because of you and have told me to request a refund from you and told me this is a common problem.

I paid and everything worked fine and then you shut my account off??my bank account was charged and now I can't access my account ahhhhh

Refund. Bad internet issues and no one my age

Thank you for refund. Being over 80 years of age-my search did not find a match in my area. Some issues with my OLD outdated laptop.

Question unsubscribe

My complaint is if I subscribed to adult friend finder and I want to unsubscribe how do I and couldn't get through for an answer, so I did not subscribe.

Unauthorised charge on account

I wrote to their legal dpartment and they refunded the overcharge :-) I wasn't actually impressed with the site as it seems full of fake profiles so could not recommend it.

Billing practices underhand

I am sure I cancelled any recurring payment but my account was locked and could not be used and a payment was taken without permission as far as I am concerned.Stay awaystay away

See above. The pages junk all over the place the language changes. Its a mess. Customer service people can barely speak English
