Website will not send reset password info
I've recently upgraded my membership and I put my information in the forgot login and password slots. It's been 5 days and no email. I'm unable to log on to the site. Please help.
Hi aff says my login details is wrong which it is not. My user name is zippity5 this first time ever had a problem with your great site. But even tho i changed my email to the one above i keep getting a message when i, m online to reactivate my email address and email address they want me reactivate is no longer active my old email address was mariemc2009@***.co.uk.Hope you can get me back online asap. I was supose to only pay for 1 month at $12.00 a month . And they charged my card for $268.00 which is a bunch of bs . i want my frickin money back
User's recommendation: Do not pay for anytning they will rip you off im going to sue them.

Wanted to redeem points for membership the customer service agent did not speak english well and then proceeded to mess up with my password ....i now have to reset my password and call back and wait another 20 minutes plus to talk with someone who does not speak english...this should be a no brainer and has now created an issue i pay alot of $$ to be on this site for the customer service to be outsourced to another country???
