AFF would not close the account because they were told to change my email address and didn't; they then stated that because I did not change my email this sight (which I asked them to do two months ago) they could do nothing!

User's recommendation: Avoid this sight, Men are very nasty and abusive, customer service is crap!

They told me that my account was not eligible for a refund even after I mentioned I was calling from pissed consumer, and they would not issue a refund I did not authorize that charge to my card somebody else had my phone and was playing around on it and I just got it back and when I seen that I called them and they said there was nothing they could do

Cancelation/refund

I signed up for the Gold service last night. For 3 hours all I got was notification from *** and scammers.. I canceled my account I demand a full refund.
